Do you get stressed out over New Year’s Resolutions, Goals? Having them, not having them, not knowing if you will or not follow through, etc. So much pressure, right?
A new year for sure brings new winds, fresh air but I live in continuous self-growth, and not making a new list when the new year’s come doesn’t make me sad, stressed, falling behind, I just stay focused on the goals, plans I set for the future. I do have a timeframe I’d like them to happen but as a full-time mom while being a full-time working mom unpredictabilities happen way too often, and not putting pressure on myself on setting new years resolutions makes me kind to myself for having to push another deadline forward.
One important thing I also do, I never put them in a box and forget about them, they might change priorities or shapes, but once you embrace these possibilities, you’ll feel more confident and less stressed, try it, even if you are not a busy mom.
